The Best Crack Cake

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1 box vanilla pudding instant mix
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 c water
3/4 c oil
1/2 c white wine (really any kind)

How to make it :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the above ingredients by hand or hand mixer.

Grease a bundt pan.
Pour into pan.
Bake for one hour.

When cake comes out of the oven...

Melt 1 stick butter into 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup wine.
Pour over hot cake.
Cool.
Flip out of pan onto plate and serve.

Old Fashioned Sour Cream Pound Cake

3 cups sugar 1 cup butter 6 eggs, separated 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 cup sour cream 3 cups all-purpose flour, sift before measuring 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt Cream together sugar and butter, add the egg yolks one at time; beat well after each addition. Blend in vanilla, lemon juice and sour cream. Into a separate bowl, sift sifted flour, salt, and soda. Add sifted dry ingredients to batter; beat well. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into the cake batter. Double Chocolate Coca Cola Cake

1 cup Coca Cola (real thing, not diet) 1/2 cup oil 1 stick butter 3 Tablespoon cocoa 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla Frosting: 1 stick butter 3 Tablespoon cocoa 6 Tablesppon of cream or milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar In a saucepan, mix Coca Cola, oil, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. In another bowl, combine the sugar, flour and salt. Pour the boiling Cola mixture over the flour mixture and beat well. Add the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and beat well. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees or 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pan. Cool for about 10 minutes before frosting. Frosting: In a saucepan, combine the butter, cocoa, and milk. Heat until the butter melts. Beat in the remaining ingredients and spread on the cake while it's still warm. Enjoy
